Terms of Service
Sample terms provided for an early-stage product. Have counsel review before launch.
1. Using Veylot
Veylot connects drivers with parking made available by independent property owners. You must provide accurate vehicle and contact information and follow the rules published for each location.
2. Reservations
A reservation grants permission to park at the stated location during the stated window. It does not grant any tenancy or property right. Arriving early or staying late may result in citation or towing by the property owner.
3. Pricing and payment
Prices are shown before checkout and include a service fee and applicable taxes. Payments are processed by our payment provider. Veylot never stores full card numbers.
4. Cancellations and refunds
Cancellation windows are set per location and shown on the listing and confirmation. If a confirmed reservation cannot be honored by the property, you are refunded in full.
5. Property owner obligations
Property owners are responsible for the safety, signage, maintenance and legal availability of the spaces they list, and for honoring reservations booked through Veylot.
6. Liability
Veylot is a technology platform. We are not responsible for damage, loss or theft occurring on a property. Claims should be directed to the property owner and their insurer.
7. Changes
We may update these terms as the service evolves. Material changes will be communicated to registered users.
