Information we collect
Contact details you provide (name, email, phone), vehicle details needed for parking access, reservation history, and standard technical data such as device and browser information.
How we use it
To create and honor reservations, process payments, provide support, prevent abuse, and improve the service. We share your license plate and reservation window with the property owner so your vehicle is not ticketed or towed.
Payments
Payments are handled by our payment provider. We store only a payment reference and status — never full card numbers.
Sharing
We share information with property owners (limited to what is required for parking access), service providers who operate the platform, and authorities when legally required. We do not sell personal information.
Retention and security
Reservation records are retained for accounting and dispute resolution. Data is stored on managed infrastructure with row-level access controls so each account can only read its own records.
Your choices
You can request access to or deletion of your account data by contacting support. Deleting an account does not remove records required for tax and accounting purposes.
